DEPT® is hiring a full-time Senior, Visual Design to join a multidisciplinary team in the United States, crafting story-driven digital experiences for one of our most prominent clients.
About the Role
As a Senior, Visual Design at DEPT®, you'll be a conceptual thinker who leads with storytelling — translating brand narratives into emotionally resonant digital interactions. You'll own the entire creative journey, from early sketches and planning through high-fidelity production and prototyping, spanning eCommerce, lifestyle, and technology and branding campaign work. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who pairs meticulous attention to detail with genuine collaboration to help our clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and developers.
- Create and produce large-scale digital ecosystems, including narrative-led sites, premium eCommerce, and animated product demonstrations.
- Turn business strategy into compelling creative that delivers measurable outcomes for clients.
- Craft refined presentations in Figma and Google Docs, and hand off precise, developer-ready asset kits with clear documentation.
- Operate effectively in lightweight-process settings by spotting efficiencies, prioritizing work, and approaching challenges with optimism.
- Work across complex organizations and varied stakeholder needs to ship projects on time and on budget.
- Combine independent judgment with team alignment, communicating clearly across departments toward shared goals.
- Keep work organized and detail-perfect, seeking full clarity before committing to decisions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital, interactive, or brand design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Prototyping experience, with animation and motion skills a notable plus.
- Solid grounding in visual design, UI/UX principles, branding, and typography.
- Talent for building high-quality presentations and clearly defending design choices with stakeholders at every level.
