About the Role

As the Senior Retail Promotion Manager working at Mountainwarehouse you will hold primary responsibility for devising, refining and implementing campaigns that spur higher sales figures, raise the profile of featured labels and foster greater interaction from shoppers. These campaigns will address three brands operating in nine international markets, requiring seamless alignment of approaches while delivering measurable commercial impact from the London location.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Map out detailed promotion schedules that account for brand priorities and market conditions across all relevant territories
• Work hand-in-hand with colleagues from commercial operations, brand marketing and regional teams to bring plans to life successfully
• Evaluate results of each campaign using available metrics and feed insights into subsequent activity for continuous improvement
• Guarantee that promotional approaches remain coherent for every one of the three brands while respecting variations required in the nine international markets
• Uncover innovative ways to engage audiences that simultaneously support immediate revenue objectives and lasting brand affinity
• Present concise briefings and proposals concerning promotion progress to leadership audiences on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Established history of handling retail promotion or related commercial initiatives at a senior level
• Familiarity with multi-brand portfolios or international market operations
• Competence in interpreting performance statistics to guide promotional choices and optimise outcomes
• High-level planning and coordination expertise capable of steering complex projects from initial concept to completion
• Superior relationship-building aptitude suitable for interfacing with varied groups of stakeholders both internally and externally
