Honeycomb.io is hiring a remote Senior Product Manager – Scale to shape the platform capabilities that help our largest enterprise customers grow with confidence. If you love untangling technically complex problems and championing what users truly need, this fully remote role across the United States may be your next adventure.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager – Scale at Honeycomb.io, you'll lead the strategy and outcomes for core product capabilities that serve our biggest enterprise accounts. Your focus spans the full journey — from onboarding new users and teams to delivering the tooling that lets large organizations manage people, teams, and resources at scale. Working within a triad model alongside engineering and design, you'll guide product discovery from early prototype through general availability while keeping the customer's interests front and center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and results for enterprise-focused features, including new-user setup and account growth tooling.
  • Tackle challenges around automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, infrastructure-as-code, and the unique demands of large, growing teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design, and build bridges with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate stakeholder guidance into your own product discovery, synthesizing signal into sharp focus and clear priorities.
  • Champion users by deeply understanding their pain points and goals through research, customer conversations, and data.
  • Strengthen the product community of practice by sharing knowledge and fostering team cohesion.

Qualifications

  • A curious, proactive problem solver who lets data inform prioritization and decisions.
  • A thoughtful communicator and product leader who gives and welcomes feedback — essential for a role that sits between multiple teams and users.
  • Comfortable both setting a vision and shipping small, valuable increments quickly.
  • Energized rather than intimidated by ambiguity, and willing to make room for learning before committing to a solution.
  • Comfortable in technically complex domains, ideally with a developer background or experience building technical SaaS products.
  • Strong preference for hands-on experience with tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics tools.
