About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer focused on Growth & Transformation, you will lead end-to-end design work that turns complex problems into clean, user-centered solutions. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to refine experiences, test ideas, and drive results across our digital products. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday at our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY locations and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle, from early discovery and concepting through polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering partners to ship experiences that improve conversion and engagement.
- Validate design decisions through research, experimentation, and iterative feedback.
- Champion design quality, consistency, and accessibility across products and platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior-level product designer delivering shipped digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to commit to a hybrid in-office schedule in South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY.
- Authorization to work without visa sponsorship — this role does not offer or transfer sponsorship (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN status) and is not open to corp-to-corp arrangements.
