The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our dynamic team at CoreWeave. As The Essential Cloud for AI™, we offer a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enable innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our recruiting efforts, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to support CoreWeave's growth objectives
- Evaluate and improve the candidate experience across all hiring processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key talent sources, including industry networks and recruitment partners
- Manage a high-performing team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective candidate sourcing and onboarding
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize recruiting efforts and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on AI and technology sectors
- Proven track record of leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- A deep understanding of AI and the latest trends in the tech industry
- Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
