Position Summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is experiencing unprecedented growth as we continue expanding our Data Center footprint across North America to support Oracle Cloud customers and strategic infrastructure initiatives. To meet the increasing hiring demand, we are launching the Data Center Sourcing Engine (DCSE) - a dedicated sourcing organization designed to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for data center roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Create and manage detailed candidate profiles for tracking and follow-up.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in technical or IT roles.
• A strong understanding of data center operations and the technology industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
