About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst at CoreWeave, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling. This full-time, US-based position is ideal for an analytical thinker who thrives on measuring what works, surfacing actionable findings, and helping a fast-moving marketing organization invest its resources where they matter most. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to quantify performance and shape decisions that support CoreWeave's mission of helping innovators build and scale AI with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of marketing programs and campaigns across channels, translating raw metrics into clear narratives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that track key performance indicators and return on marketing investment.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, then recommend data-backed next steps.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align measurement with strategic goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting sources and analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or a closely related field at a senior level.
- Strong command of data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into concise, persuasive recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
