Join Facet as a Senior Manager of Membership and lead the growth and engagement of our member community. This is a full-time position based in the United States where you'll oversee all aspects of our membership program and drive the strategy that keeps our members informed, engaged, and satisfied with their financial planning experience.
About the Role
As Senior Manager of Membership, you'll own the complete membership lifecycle—from acquisition through retention and advocacy. You'll develop and execute strategies that deepen member engagement, expand our membership base, and build lasting relationships with the people we serve. Working closely with our CFP® professionals and leadership team, you'll ensure our membership program reflects Facet's commitment to delivering personalized, objective financial guidance to everyone.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement membership programs that attract new members and drive retention
- Manage member communication strategies, ensuring clear, valuable touchpoints across our platform
- Collaborate with advisory teams to gather member feedback and continuously improve our offerings
- Track membership metrics and performance, using data to guide program enhancements
- Lead initiatives to increase member engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and manage the membership budget and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing membership, community, or customer success programs at scale
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute programs that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with membership metrics and performance data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; you thrive in cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for financial services or related industries; familiarity with advisory or planning spaces a plus
- Leadership experience managing teams or coordinating complex initiatives
