This is a full-time leadership role managing the financial operations and strategic direction of our supply chain and integrated logistics operations, supporting both commercial transportation technology and defense capabilities that keep our nation safe.

About the Role

As Senior Finance Manager for our Integrated Supply Chain operations, you'll own the financial strategy, planning, and execution that drives operational excellence. You'll lead a team of finance professionals, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and partner directly with supply chain leadership to optimize costs, improve margins, and deliver fiscal accountability across a complex, regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee annual financial plans, forecasts, and long-term budgets for integrated supply chain operations
• Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics for executive stakeholders
• Direct and mentor a team of finance analysts and accounting professionals
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, security protocols, and government/defense contracting regulations
• Support contract negotiations, procurement financial analysis, and supplier cost management
• Manage general ledger accounts, internal controls, and financial systems for supply chain operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of financial management experience, ideally in supply chain, operations, or defense contracting
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
• Current Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain clearance)
• Knowledge of defense contracting, government regulations, and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
