What This Role Involves

This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational management, maintenance coordination, event support, and customer experience delivery within OCBC Arena and associated sports facilities. The Senior Executive / Executive is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are operated safely, efficiently, and in accordance with organisational standards while supporting venue bookings, events, and programmes.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the venue to ensure smooth running of events and activities
• Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services to keep facilities in top condition
• Support event planning and execution, ensuring all requirements are met for a successful outcome
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety
• Work closely with venue management and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in venue operations, event management, or a related field
• A strong understanding of facility maintenance and operational procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the venue operations sector
