About This Position
PD Consulting is seeking a dedicated HR & Business Operations Officer for an equity-only part-time role. The position will be based in India (nationwide) (nationwide) and requires a commitment of 20–25 hours per week, with no remote work option.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the business
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of HiWox by supporting its HealthTech and wellness platform initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR and business operations roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
