- Build and manage strategic partnerships that enhance market penetration and revenue potential

- Partner with medical, clinical, and commercial teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into market success
- Champion innovation in market approach while maintaining focus on patient impact
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of marketing, business development, or commercial experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams and managing P&L responsibility
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) preferred
- Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Experience launching products or developing markets in specialty pharma or biologics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business audiences
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes through scientific innovation
