About the Role
As a Patient Care Assistant at Faithful Living, you'll provide direct care and support to residents in our assisted living community. This full-time position is ideal for someone who finds meaning in helping others maintain independence and dignity while receiving the care they need. What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Respond promptly to resident requests and needs throughout your shift
- Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and comfortable
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Support residents' independence while providing necessary assistance
- Follow Faithful Living's care protocols, safety standards, and resident rights policies
- Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere
