Senior Digital Content Partner

Citizens is hiring a Senior Digital Content Partner to lead our content strategy and digital engagement initiatives in Westwood, Norfolk County. This full-time position oversees the development and execution of integrated content campaigns that connect with students throughout their banking journey.

Position Summary

As a Senior Digital Content Partner at Citizens, you'll drive audience engagement and business results through strategic content planning, multi-channel campaign execution, and emerging digital capabilities. This role bridges traditional content marketing with modern digital tactics—from social media activation to AI-driven content optimization—to build brand awareness and deepen customer relationships in the student banking segment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content and campaign strategies aligned with Citizens' student banking objectives and customer lifecycle touchpoints
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars, and activation campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement and community building
• Create and manage modular, adaptable content assets designed for flexible deployment across digital channels
• Leverage emerging technologies, including large language model optimization, to enhance content relevance, personalization, and reach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, and communications—to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze digital metrics, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
• Oversee content quality, brand consistency, and compliance across all digital touchpoints

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing content strategy and digital campaigns for financial services, consumer brands, or similar customer-focused sectors
• Strong capability in social media strategy, content planning, and multi-channel campaign execution
• Proficiency with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital analytics tools
• Knowledge of or demonstrable interest in emerging content technologies, including artificial intelligence and large language models
• Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences
