RxBenefits is hiring a Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics for our Grand Central office in Manhattan. This full-time position leads the technology infrastructure, automation platforms, and analytics systems that drive measurable marketing performance and support business growth.

About the Role

As Manager of Marketing Automation & Analytics, you'll own the systems and processes that make RxBenefits' marketing efforts scalable, measurable, and strategically aligned. You'll manage our Salesforce and Pardot environments, ensuring clean data, robust automation workflows, accurate performance reporting, and insights that inform business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of technology and strategy—translating data into actionable recommendations that power demand generation and accelerate revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation platforms
  • Design, build, and refine marketing automation workflows that nurture leads and support sales pipeline progression
  • Create and maintain analytics dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to track marketing performance
  • Develop attribution models that connect marketing programs to business outcomes
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation logic, and data integration across marketing technology systems
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align automation with strategic business objectives
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement in marketing systems and processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years managing marketing automation platforms or related technical marketing roles
  • Hands-on expertise administering Salesforce and Pardot or comparable marketing automation solutions
  • Strong analytical abilities—comfortable translating data into strategy and clear recommendations
  • Proven experience designing and executing marketing automation campaigns and lead nurture programs
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution, and key performance indicators
  • Project management discipline with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Self-directed, resourceful problem-solver who operates well in fast-paced settings
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
