Senior Corporate Counsel, Contracts

Join Indeed as a Senior Corporate Counsel, Contracts in Paradise, Clark County. We're seeking an experienced attorney to lead our contract management and corporate legal initiatives as a full-time member of our legal team.

About the Role

As Senior Corporate Counsel focused on Contracts, you'll play a critical role in protecting Indeed's interests through strategic legal guidance and contract expertise. You'll manage complex negotiations, draft and review high-stakes agreements, and provide counsel on business transactions that drive our mission to help people get jobs.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft corporate contracts including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, licensing arrangements, and service agreements
• Review and advise on employment-related agreements, independent contractor arrangements, and compliance documentation
• Lead contract review processes for business development, procurement, and operational transactions
• Provide legal guidance on commercial risks, liability mitigation, and regulatory compliance across contracts
• Manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and ongoing administration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, finance, and operations on legal strategy
• Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and legal policies

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in the United States
• Significant experience in corporate contract law, commercial transactions, or related practice areas
• Proven track record managing complex multi-party negotiations and high-value agreements
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience advising businesses on risk assessment and contract strategy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals and company objectives
