We seek a Senior Claims Adjuster with a strategic mindset and deep expertise in professional liability claims to join our dynamic Professional Liability Claims team.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategically analyze complex professional liability policies for coverage interpretation and claim resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate claims handling.
- Lead and mentor junior adjusters to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of professional liability.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve our claims processes and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- A highly organized and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in professional liability claims adjustment.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and claim resolution.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop junior adjusters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
