Position Summary
This senior manager position sits at the core of Lyst's brand strategy and market positioning. You'll drive the development and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns that strengthen Lyst's standing as a trusted destination for fashion discovery. Working within a dynamic, growing organisation, you'll combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to build brand awareness, shape customer perception, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities
- Create and oversee campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs for execution across digital, social, and owned channels
- Manage critical cross-functional partnerships with product, creative, data and commercial teams to ensure consistent brand expression
- Analyse brand performance metrics and market trends; translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team
- Shape long-term brand positioning and competitive differentiation in the global fashion retail space
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including proven track record in senior leadership or manager-level roles within brand marketing, product marketing, or similar disciplines
- Strong strategic capability: ability to translate business objectives into clear, compelling brand narratives and marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-team collaboration skills; comfortable building consensus and alignment across functions
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting marketing data and performance metrics to inform decisions
- Deep passion for fashion, retail, and consumer brands
