Senior Account Manager – Marketing Agency

Huzzle is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive client success and revenue growth in our US-based marketing recruitment division. In this full-time role, you'll own strategic relationships with leading marketing agencies and help place top talent into high-impact positions across the organization.

About the Role

As Senior Account Manager at Huzzle, you'll manage a portfolio of agency clients, serving as their primary partner for talent acquisition and staffing solutions. You'll identify client needs, develop customized recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates who drive measurable business results. This is a hands-on position where you'll balance business development, relationship management, and operational execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with marketing agency leaders and hiring managers
• Understand client business goals and translate them into targeted recruitment strategies
• Source, interview, and present qualified candidates for open positions across marketing, digital, and related functions
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job intake to candidate placement and onboarding
• Track pipeline metrics, forecast placements, and report on account performance
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand Huzzle's footprint within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Build a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in the marketing staffing space

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of account management, recruitment, or B2B sales experience—preferably in staffing, recruitment, or agency services
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and meeting revenue targets
• Strong understanding of marketing agency operations, roles, and talent needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and candidates alike
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a growing, dynamic organization
