Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing SaaS organization seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business across the DACH region from their Munich office. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site.

You'll be working with cutting-edge data and analytics solutions powered by AI, leading complex sales cycles with enterprise clients across Germany and the broader DACH market. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape growth in a strategic segment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new enterprise logo deals across Germany and the DACH region
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
• Consistently deliver against quota targets
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for target prospects
• Position AI-powered data and analytics platforms as critical enablers of digital transformation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
• Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications:

• Strong track record of closing self-generated SaaS deals across the DACH region
• Experience selling into complex, matrix organizations
• Proven history of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Background in data, analytics, AI, or enterprise technology solutions
• Success in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
• Structured, strategic, and highly self-driven approach
• Fluent German and professional English required
• Genuine passion for AI and technology—you embrace AI tools in your daily work and stay curious about emerging trends
