About the Role

As a Seasonal Tax Associate – Retail, you're the face of Intuit's commitment to making taxes simpler. You'll work directly with customers in our physical retail space, answering questions about their tax situations, explaining filing options, and helping them understand what documents they need. This is seasonal work with flexible hours ideal for tax season, and you'll be part of a team dedicated to removing the stress from tax preparation.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their tax filing needs in a welcoming, non-judgmental way
• Explain tax filing options and help customers choose the right solution for their situation
• Gather and organize financial documents customers bring in
• Answer common tax questions and guide customers through the process step by step
• Build relationships and follow up to ensure customers feel supported
• Maintain a clean, organized retail space that reflects Intuit's professionalism
