About the Role

This is a seasonal, part-time Line Cook position running from May 15 through October 31. You'll be a key member of the Island Hospitality Management culinary team in Larkspur, Douglas County, delivering consistent food quality during one of the busiest stretches of the year. Hours begin on a part-time basis, with the potential for additional shifts as guest volume increases throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the company's high standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail across every order during service
• Set up, stock, and organize your station before, during, and after each shift
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
• Help impress guests by delivering well-executed meals that reflect culinary craftsmanship
