Your Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer-experience cases that span fulfilment, logistics and retail support.
- Manage carrier exceptions and fulfilment issues while tracking root causes and permanent fixes.
- Support fraud-prevention routines and claims handling with accurate documentation and follow-through.
- Partner with operational, support and regional colleagues to streamline processes across the EMEA region.
- Identify recurring pain points and recommend practical improvements that scale with business growth.
- Maintain clear records across systems so managers can monitor performance and service quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in organised problem-solving within customer-operations or logistics environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and coordinate work across several teams and tools.
- Customer-first mindset combined with solid analytical and prioritisation habits.
