About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Scheduler to build and maintain integrated master schedules for critical defense and acquisition projects. You'll work directly with product and project teams to translate complex project requirements into detailed, executable schedules that keep initiatives on track.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional
- Partner with project teams to identify all task-oriented activities, dependencies, and critical milestones essential to program success
- Integrate schedule data across multiple workstreams and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and precision
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks and variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure schedules align with customer requirements, contract terms, and organizational standards
What We're Looking For
- Active or Secret-level security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling software such as Milestone Professional
- Solid understanding of scheduling best practices, including Integrated Master Schedule development and Earned Value Management
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting schedules and status to technical and executive audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Experience supporting defense contractors, government projects, or defense acquisition preferred
