Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Program Finance Systems Analyst II to join our Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Aviation, and Security business area in Plano, Collin County. This is a full-time position requiring an active security clearance.
About the Role
As a Program Finance Systems Analyst II, you'll manage and analyze financial data within our defense contracting programs. Working for a leading prime integrator of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, you'll support mission-critical C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) capabilities and help drive program success through accurate financial systems management.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and monitor program financial data, costs, and budget performance across assigned projects
- Maintain and optimize financial systems databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Generate financial reports and dashboards for program managers and leadership
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program management, accounting, and operations
- Support budget forecasting and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with defense contracting financial regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For
- Active security clearance required
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, program finance, or related systems roles
- Proficiency with financial systems, databases, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in defense contracting, government programs, or similar regulated environments a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
