The Opportunity

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to direct SAP finance consulting engagements for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. In this full-time position, you'll architect financial technology solutions, mentor consulting teams, and help organizations unlock operational efficiency through strategic SAP implementations and upgrades. This role combines technical depth with strategic business acumen—ideal for an accomplished finance technology leader ready to scale impact at the senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP finance module implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects from strategy through deployment
• Develop comprehensive business cases and roadmaps that align SAP technology with client financial operations goals
• Manage client relationships, set project scope, and communicate value-add to C-level stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes and professional growth
• Conduct financial process assessments, identify automation opportunities, and design best-practice solutions
• Stay current with SAP product innovation and emerging finance technology trends

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP finance consulting, systems implementation, or related enterprise software experience
• Deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and/or Financial Planning modules
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver on aggressive timelines
• Strong understanding of finance operations, general ledger processes, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfort engaging with executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field
