EY is hiring a full-time SAP Deployment Manager in Cheektowaga, Erie County, to lead enterprise clients through transformative system implementations that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.

About the Role

As a Deployment Manager for SAP solutions at EY, you'll guide enterprise organizations through the complete lifecycle of SAP platform implementations—from strategic planning and design through successful go-live and ongoing optimization. You'll manage the technical and operational execution of high-impact projects, ensuring deployments align with client business objectives while meeting quality and timeline expectations.

What You'll Do

• Direct SAP deployment strategies, timelines, and resource planning to achieve project success
• Partner with enterprise clients, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into effective SAP configurations
• Oversee system setup, functional and technical testing, data migration workflows, and cutover execution
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical obstacles and operational risks that surface during implementation phases
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change adoption across client organizations
• Develop and document implementation best practices that strengthen EY's delivery capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience deploying SAP applications in large-scale enterprise settings
• Solid understanding of SAP system architecture, module functionality, and implementation methodologies
• Strong project management competencies and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience with systems integration, data migration, and user adoption initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
