Position Summary
At AllCloud, we are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, leading implementation projects, and providing technical solutions using Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions
- Lead implementation projects, including integrations and custom development
- Create technical designs and best practices for application implementations
- Provide project management support (10% of time)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including Run-Grow-Transform managed services
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
