About the Role
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery through Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to the development of detailed business requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
- Ensure alignment of team goals with project objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools for tracking work items
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- PMP certification is preferred but not required
