What This Role Involves

The Lockbox Payment Processor will be responsible for processing payments received through a lockbox system. This role involves verifying and recording payment information accurately to ensure timely and efficient financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of incoming payments by comparing them with customer records.
• Record and process payments in the company’s accounting system.
• Ensure all payment documentation is complete and correct before processing.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Familiarity with accounting software and payment processing systems.
