About This Position

We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join our team and drive an Energy Transformation program. The role involves mapping complex business processes, translating energy market requirements into clear technical specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineering, third-party suppliers, and domain experts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the UK Energy market to ensure accurate and relevant technical specifications.
• Create clear and concise specifications and user acceptance criteria for new systems and processes.
• Document technical requirements, including data mapping, system integrations, and logic flows.
• Bridge legacy processes with the new platform to support complex energy setups effectively.
• Communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment, managing data migration and preparing necessary systems documentation.

Requirements

• Curiosity, passion, drive, and enthusiasm for driving business transformation.
• A proven track record in writing clear specifications and user acceptance criteria.
• Experience documenting technical requirements, including data mapping, system integrations, and logic flows.
• Effective communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
