What This Role Involves

The Business Analyst at dnata catering & retail will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making for the Jetstar Retail division. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business operations and identify areas for process optimization
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment on project goals
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Create reports and present findings to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
