About This Position

We are seeking a talented B2B Commerce Solution Architect to join our Revenue Solutions team at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Management projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions using Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Agentforce, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Create detailed project plans and roadmaps for the implementation of Revenue Management projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Lead technical design sessions and contribute to solution architecture that integrates various Salesforce products and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of solutions, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and deliver value over time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with B2B Commerce projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including Revenue Management and other relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• A deep passion for technology and innovation, particularly in the realm of AI-driven solutions.
