Axonius is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its high-growth cybersecurity team in Austin, TX. About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Axonius, you'll be the first point of contact between top prospects and our cyber asset intelligence platform. Partnering closely with 2–4 Field Account Executives, you'll build market awareness, surface qualified opportunities, and fuel the pipeline that drives company growth — all from our Austin, TX base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new leads through strategic outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run targeted campaigns that uncover prospect needs and assess fit, then book discovery calls and product demos.
  • Research key accounts and decision-makers, building and refreshing focused contact lists.
  • Field and qualify inbound interest generated by demos, events, and marketing programs.
  • Coordinate and schedule high-value platform demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Consistently hit and surpass performance targets without compromising on quality.

Qualifications

  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales paired with a curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-moving setting.
  • Confident communicator with strong qualifying, presentation, written, and verbal skills.
  • A natural relationship-builder, comfortable connecting with prospects, customers, and teammates.
  • Adaptable and able to flourish amid changing priorities and rapid pace.
  • Currently living in — or willing to relocate to — Austin, TX, to work on-site/hybrid.

Helpful but not required:

  • Background in customer-facing or sales roles, whether prior SDR work or experience in fields like automotive, retail, or real estate.
  • Awareness of technology trends and the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRMs, outbound platforms such as Outreach, contact databases like ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
