About the Role

As Sales Manager for our Nashville location, you'll partner closely with the store manager to oversee daily operations and achieve sales targets. Your leadership will directly impact both team performance and customer satisfaction, making you a key contributor to the store's success. You'll balance strategic sales initiatives with the hands-on work of supporting your team and serving customers.

What You'll Do

• Drive store sales performance and work toward profitability goals through effective team leadership
• Coach and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques
• Monitor inventory, merchandising standards, and store appearance to enhance the shopping experience
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and support their purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with store management to execute promotions and optimize operational efficiency
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture that attracts and retains strong talent

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail sales management or similar customer-facing leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive measurable sales results

• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing schedules, inventory, and goals
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle retail, or the Buck Mason brand is a plus
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends as needed
