About the Role

As part of our talent network at LOFT, you'll stay engaged with our brand while maintaining flexibility with part-time work. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion retail, customer connection, and building relationships within the community while exploring how your skills align with our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Represent LOFT's brand values through authentic customer interactions and community engagement
• Assist customers in finding pieces that reflect their personal style and confidence
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and contribute to team operations during assigned shifts
• Build lasting relationships with customers and fellow team members
• Support inventory, visual merchandising, and sales activities as needed
• Participate in talent network communications to stay connected with LOFT's culture and opportunities
