We are seeking a motivated Sales Lead Generator to join our team at YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC. As a part-time employee in Santa Clara, you will generate sales leads and support the growth of our business through targeted outreach efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality sales leads by making outbound calls and sending emails to potential customers
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for follow-up visits or sales presentations
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and appointments
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Previous experience with CRM software would be advantageous.
