About This Position

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Lead Generator to join our award-winning team. As a full-time representative for Berkeys across the Lake Worth/White Settlement territory in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, you will engage with retail partners to generate leads for our services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Travel between retail locations to build and maintain relationships with key contacts
• Identify potential customers and generate high-quality leads
• Provide product knowledge and promotional materials to retail partners
• Attend regular meetings with the sales team to discuss performance and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in lead generation or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
