About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll drive new business development and manage client relationships for a provider of commercial roofing, interior upgrades, and exterior services. You'll be the bridge between client needs and project delivery, translating market opportunities into signed contracts and lasting partnerships. This full-time position is based in Norfolk and offers the chance to grow revenue while building a reputation for integrity and results in the commercial construction industry.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify commercial prospects in industrial, institutional, and commercial sectors
- Develop and present customized solutions for roofing, exterior, and interior renovation projects
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, facilities managers, and procurement teams
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery
- Track pipeline activity and forecast revenue using CRM tools and reporting systems
- Attend job site visits and industry events to expand your professional network
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales track record in commercial services, construction, or B2B industrial sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain value to clients
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Comfort with CRM software and sales reporting
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and visit project sites
- Knowledge of roofing, exterior services, or commercial interiors is a plus—enthusiasm to learn is essential
