What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Reliable attendance and commitment to showing up on time
• Attention to detail and basic math proficiency
• Willingness to follow company policies and work as part of a team
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
