About the Role

• Assist with cash handling, reconciliation, and loss prevention measures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience demonstrating capability)
• Proven experience in retail management, customer service, or a related supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory, and customer service principles
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time hours
