About the Role
This is an on-site, full-time position supporting store operations and leading our team at our Reed City location. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure our customers receive excellent service, our shelves are well-stocked with the products your community relies on—from groceries and household items to health and beauty products—and our store runs smoothly and profitably.
What You'll Do
- Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management
- Lead, train, and motivate store associates to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock shelves, and manage merchandise displays
- Monitor sales performance and help drive store profitability
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with cash handling, register operations, and loss prevention
- Support the Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, and team development
