Position Summary

We're hiring a Sales Associate for our Sees store in Daly City to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover their favorite treats and creating memorable shopping experiences in the Gellert Marketplace Center.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend products
• Share product knowledge about our chocolate and confectionery selection
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits through genuine engagement
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven retail or customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail environment
