Position Summary

The Assistant Supervisor at Seafire plays a critical role in maintaining our high standards of service excellence and operational efficiency. You'll support restaurant leadership, oversee team performance, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service in our unique SeaWorld Orlando setting. This is a hands-on role ideal for hospitality professionals ready to grow into supervisory responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members during service
• Monitor service quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving
• Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of restaurant staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health codes, and company policies
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control initiatives
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily reconciliation
• Communicate effectively with restaurant management on operational issues

Who We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated people management ability
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
• Physical capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional food service certifications a plus
