Responsibilities

- Explain technical issues and solutions to customers in clear, professional language
- Manage service calls efficiently and meet appointment schedules across the service territory
- Maintain personal tools, diagnostic equipment, and company vehicles in safe working order
- Collaborate with Sbdinc support teams to resolve complex service issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior field service technician experience or equivalent hands-on technical background
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently
- Competency reading technical schematics, manuals, and service documentation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliability and strong work ethic in customer-facing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and equipment systems
