About the Role

This is a full-time position with JP Euro, a premier European and exotic auto repair shop. As a BMW Master Technician Mechanic, you'll take ownership of complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for BMW vehicles. You'll leverage advanced diagnostic equipment and your technical expertise to deliver the highest standard of workmanship to our clientele.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair BMW electrical and mechanical systems using specialized diagnostic tools and software
• Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and preventive service on BMW models across model years
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, braking systems, and related assemblies
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records for all work performed
• Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and timelines clearly to customers and management
• Follow all safety protocols, shop procedures, and quality standards consistently
• Contribute to shop efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Master Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in BMW repair and diagnostics
• Deep knowledge of BMW systems, components, and repair procedures
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
