Your focus will be on building relationships with potential clients in your territory and demonstrating how modern HR and payroll software can streamline operations and reduce administrative burden.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business relationships within assigned territory
- Present cloud-based HR and payroll solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand and articulate the benefits of modern SaaS payroll processing compared to legacy systems
- Manage your sales pipeline and work toward quota achievement
- Build long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their specific HR and payroll needs
- Gather market feedback to inform product positioning and strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex payroll and HR processes
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own territory and pipeline
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies
- Comfort with face-to-face relationship building and field sales work
