About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with travel staffing flexibility, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment. Working 36 hours weekly, you'll be part of Sanford's network of facilities while maintaining meaningful work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients using evidence-based nursing practice and established protocols
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and communicate clinical updates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Administer medications, manage patient safety, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Support infection control measures, patient education, and discharge planning processes

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in good standing in North Dakota or eligible for compact licensure
• Minimum experience in medical-surgical or acute care nursing
