About the Role
You'll work 36 hours per week as a Registered Nurse at our Fargo medical facility, located at 5225 23rd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104. This travel nursing position connects you with Solutions by Sanford's network of healthcare professionals who bring clinical expertise and dedication to patient care across the country, with special emphasis on underserved communities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care with clinical excellence and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess health status, and respond to patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Provide both routine and acute care nursing support in a hospital setting
- Support best practices in evidence-based patient care and safety
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience in hospital or acute care nursing
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability for assignments in varied healthcare settings
