RN/LPN – Part Time Day and Night Shifts

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with Advantage Nursing Service, you will provide skilled, in-home clinical care on a part-time basis. Multiple shifts are available, including coverage for clients in Olive Branch, IL, with both 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM options. This position is ideal for nurses who want to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with the individuals and families they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate homecare to assigned clients, including pediatric patients
• Perform skilled nursing duties within your RN or LPN scope of practice
• Monitor client health status and document care accurately
• Communicate observations and changes to the care team and family members
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful in-home care environment

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in good standing
• Availability for part-time day and/or night shifts, including weekend coverage
• A caring, reliable approach to one-on-one patient care
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Comfort working independently in a home-based setting
